The high-pressure rotary jet pile construction method has been widely used in airport projects, particularly in regions with soft soil foundations, such as coastal areas. The method's primary aim is to establish a sound foundation bearing capacity. However, the conventional machinery used in constructing high-pressure rotary jet piles lacks automation. To achieve real-time quality control in high-pressure rotary jet pile construction, the development of high-pressure rotary jet pile construction data acquisition and monitoring equipment is made possible by integrating key technologies such as the global navigation satellite system (GNSS), the Internet of Things and massive data processing. The acquisition and storage of crucial construction parameters, such as the drilling position, drill rod verticality, drilled hole depth, grouting pressure, grouting lifting speed and grouting volume for high-pressure rotary jet piles is successfully implemented in this paper. A large amount of actual construction data is collected through an on-site application, and the construction quality of the high-pressure rotary jet pile machine is monitored and analyzed using geographic information system (GIS) technology. Actual applications demonstrate that the proposed digital monitoring model and method for rotary jet pile construction quality control is viable, improves the on-site management level and efficiency and has significant future value.INDEX TERMS High-pressure rotary jet pile, digital monitoring, Internet of Things, global navigation satellite system (GNSS), geographic information system (GIS).

The paper presents investigations and analysis of the parameters of the magnetic part of the equivalent circuit of the inductive CT in the frequencies range from 50 Hz to 5 kHz. Therefore, a measuring circuit used to determine the values of the transverse branch elements was developed. The research performed helps to understand the obtained values of the frequency characteristics of the current error and phase displacement of the corrected inductive current transformer. Moreover, the vectorial diagrams for the 1st, 20th and 100th harmonics are provided with consideration of the influence of the applied turns number correction of the secondary winding. The obtained results show that the increase in the frequency of transformed higher harmonics may cause a decrease in the values of the current error and phase displacement for the non-corrected inductive current transformer. However, if the number of turns of the secondary winding is corrected, the behavior is reversed, where the values of the current error are higher with increased frequency. In the paper, the influence of the self-generation phenomenon of the low-order harmonics is also considered.

DC electronic current transformer is the data source of the system control and protection device, so its measurement delay has always been concerned. In this paper, the DC current transformer is modelled equivalently and the key factors affecting the delay of shunt and the remote module are analyzed. A field test method for the delay characteristics of the DC electronic current transformer is proposed. Moreover, a complex multi-state large current generator and integrated test system are developed. On the basis of the IEC 60044-8 standard transmission protocol, the accuracy of standard signal acquisition with the shunt is better than 0.2%. The maximum output current of the established testing system is 600 A. Based on the field test in an actual HVDC project, transient step and various frequency signal components are applied for analyzing.
