“…As such, pessimists agree that lying, giving a false face and taking advantage of others is fundamental to human character and conclude that people are only for themselves (Mirvis & Kanter,1992:50).Cynicism is characterized by attitudes related to the employment organization that are characterized by negative beliefs, feelings and related behaviors in addition to responding to a history of personal or societal experiences that are subject to change through environmental influences.
