Operationalizing the principles of patient engagement through a Patient Advisory Council: Lessons and recommendations

Abstract: BackgroundInclusiveness, Support, Mutual Respect and Co‐Build are the four pillars of patient engagement according to the Strategy for Patient‐Oriented Research (SPOR).
