Operative treatment of pseudocysts in patients with chronic pancreatitis

Abstract: Operative management of pseudocysts associated with chronic pancreatitis is effective with low morbidity and mortality rates. The introduction of newer minimally invasive techniques will have to withstand comparison to this traditional approach.
