Abstract: The present Flavouring Group Evaluation deals with eight aryl-substituted saturated and unsaturated primary alcohol, aldehyde, carboxylic acid and ester derivatives.Due to the presence and the position of double bonds, three of the eight flavouring substances can exist as geometrical isomers.
