Opracowanie metodyki oznaczania polichlorowanych bifenyli w próbkach gleb

Abstract: STRESZCZENIE: W artykule przedstawione zostały zagadnienia związane z opracowaniem metodyki chromatograficznego oznaczania polichlorowanych bifenyli w próbkach gleb. Do tego celu stosowano chromatograf gazowy wyposażony w detektor wychwytu elektronów (GC-ECD) firmy Perkin Elmer. W ramach prowadzonych badań określono optymalne parametry pracy chromatografu, takie jak: temperatura inżektora, temperatura detektora ECD, przebieg temperaturowy pieca w trakcie analizy chromatograficznej, czas analizy oraz dobrano ko… Show more

“…Ten grams of dried soil were placed in an Erlenmeyer flask and extracted using a mixture (80 mL) of n-hexane and dichloromethane (POCH S.A., Gliwice, Poland) at 1:1 ratio [90]. The PCBs were extracted on a Conbest DOS-20L shaker for 3 h, at a constant temperature of 30 • C and shaking rate of 150 rpm [91]. After 3 h, 1 g of powdered copper (Merck, Darmstadt, Germany) was added to the extract and the mixture was extracted for another hour [19].…”

“…The chromatographic analysis was carried out on a Perkin Elmer Clarus 500 chromatograph, equipped with a Restek capillary column RTX-XLB (30 m × 0.32 µm), using the following temperature parameters: injector temperature = 280°C, ECD detector temperature = 320°C, oven temperature programme: 120°C -isothermal course for 2 min., 120-280°C -temperature increase at a rate of 15°C/min., 280°C-isothermal course for 5 min., 280-320°C -temperature increase at a rate of 28°C/min., 320°C -isothermal course for 10 min. (Wojtowicz and Jakubowicz, 2019). A certified Sigma-Aldrich PCB Congeners in Soil SQC068-50g standard of sterile soil was used for qualitative and quantitative determination of individual PCB congeners.…”
