Abstract:Nickel (Ni+2) doped nanocrystalline Bi2S3 thin films are deposited on the glass substrate from the solutions containing Bismuth Nitrate, Ethylenediamine Tetraacetic acid (EDTA) and Thioacetamide at a bath deposition temperature of 318K.
