Optical characterization of spherical microlenses: a round robin experiment within the EC Network of Excellence on Micro-Optics (NEMO)

Abstract: Today there exist different commercial and proprietary micro-optics measurement instruments for the characterization of micro-optical components and microlenses in particular.
