Optical Clearing and Light Sheet Microscopy Imaging of Amphioxus

Abstract: Cephalochordates (amphioxi or lancelets) are representatives of the most basally divergent group of the chordate phylum. Studies of amphioxus development and anatomy hence provide a key insight into vertebrate evolution.
