Abstract: Purpose Acute macular neuroretinopathy (AMN) can cause sudden-onset and permanent scotoma in healthy young patients. Analysis of optical coherence tomography (OCT) and OCT angiography (OCTA) of AMN patients may provide insights into disease mechanism.
