Optical surface evaluation by correlating bi-Ronchigram images

Abstract: Abstract. By correlating bi-Ronchigram images, surface errors without any supposed symmetry are evaluated. No approximation and interference orders are needed. First, only one experimental bi-Ronchigram (Ronchigram with a square grid) image was recorded.
