Optical Time Division Multiplexing Using Terahertz Optical Asymmetric Demultiplexer

Abstract: In this paper, optical time division multiplexing is demonstrated using TOAD (terahertz optical asymmetric demultiplexer), which employs semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) as nonlinear switching element.
