Abstract:Purpose
To determine the optimal angles for independent femoral tunnel drillings in single-bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) in different races and genders with the aim of preventing damage to lateral femoral anatomic structures (LFAS), posterior cortex and medial femoral condyle.
