Due to the specifics of the distribution of forces in a two-span frame, it is necessary to increase the cross-sections of the central part of the girder, which negatively affects the consumption of steel for the production of the frame. To reduce the influence of the specifics of the distribution of internal forces on the weight indicators in the girder of a two-span frame, it is necessary to use innovative constructive ways of distributing forces in the girder of the frame, which affect the reduction of material consumption. Such structures include the two-span frame with T-shaped supports proposed in this article, the calculation method of which is based on the idea of combining functions. Since the design is a newly proposed one, it is necessary to identify its stress state. Experimental studies are one of the ways to identify the stress state. The experimental research methodology is presented in the article. This article proposes an assessment of the stress state of a new structural form of a frame with T-shaped support. The development of the section method and the finite difference method makes it possible to evaluate the stress state of the frame from the deformations measured in the experiment. The accuracy of this method is 2…6 %. The proposed technique will make it possible to assess the stress state of a new structural form of a frame with T-shaped support using measured deformations, which were determined as a result of experimental studies, as well as when assessing the stress state of operating frame structures.

The main feature of the multi-criteria optimization of the design processes of complex electronic devices is that they are all interconnected, heterogeneous in nature and, as a rule, non-linear. That is, by changing some of them by varying the corresponding parameters, we inevitably change other parameters of the system, and not always in the right direction. The purpose of the work is to propose a way to organize the procedure for finding the optimal solution to multicriteria design problems. When developing and creating new schemes, structures and systems, the task of determining the optimal values of the parameters of the designed technical device or system is reduced to the task of finding the extremum of a certain function, called the quality function. Usually, it is a non-linear function of many independent variables, which, as a rule, cannot be investigated by analytical methods. In this situation, it is advisable to search for a solution to the problem using special algorithms. At the early stages of designing complex radio electronic devices, an algorithm for finding the optimal solution based on the application of search optimization theory methods is proposed. The paper describes the procedure for finding the optimal solution, the distinctive feature of which is that during the search for a solution, information is accumulated and a search direction vector is constructed. This vector offers options for changing weights for subsequent search procedures. The algorithm developed on its basis is used in the information system for the complex analysis of the designs of radio-electronic facilities. The use of random search provides the algorithm with global properties, reduces the number of objective function calculations by one step, which is especially noticeable with a large number of optimized parameters. Allows you to quite simply include any restrictions on the set of valid values of the vector of optimized parameters, which is not always possible when using regular search methods. The proposed algorithm is simply tuned to search for a global extremum by selecting the appropriate parameters. For each specific case, there are some optimal ratios of the values of these algorithm parameters, which, when searching for a solution, reduce the number of working steps. The developed algorithm is less critical to the optimal values of its own parameters, which makes it much easier to tune it when solving practical problems of optimizing design processes.

Work objective. The article considers the process of optimizing transport and logistics system in various areas of work and represents the task of solving a complex multi-criteria system. Determining the most optimal and accurate way to solve this problem will lead to a significant stimulation of the management processes of transport and logistics complexes, in particular trucking. Research methods. The research was carried out by analyzing the solution of multi-criteria mathematical problems. Novelty of the work. The novelty of the work is due to the need to solve the main problems of optimizing the operation of the transport and logistics system. The solution of this task will stimulate the country's economy by increasing the volume of annual shipping goods, as this indicator is one of the key road transport complex of our country. Research results and novelty. According to the results of the study, the main ways of solving the problem of optimizing the transport and logistics system are determined. Conclusions: The main criteria for solving a multi-criteria task in optimizing the planning, organization and management of terminal and warehouse complexes of work are determined.
