Abstract: Key Points The presence and complexity of coronary artery disease (CAD) as well as angiography‐guided percutaneous coronary intervention regardless of completeness were not associated with worse outcomes compared to those without CAD undergoing transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI).
