Optimal Power Allocation for Green Cognitive Radio using Differential Evolution Approach

Abstract: Abstract-In this study, the problem of determining the power allocation that maximizes the energy efficiency of cognitive radio network is investigated using differential evolution algorithm with constraint handling technique.
