In image processing, removal of speckle noise from a satellite image is a challenging task for the researchers. There are various approaches for speckle noise reduction. Generally, the speckle noises are scattered, in satellite images, medical images and synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images. This paper introduces a bidimensional empirical mode decomposition (BEMD)-based adaptive filtering method for despeckling of SAR image. The noisy SAR image is decomposed into different bidimensional intrinsic mode function (BIMF) levels using BEMD and then filtering is performed on the first BIMF level, as it contains the high-frequency noise component. This adaptation process effectively filters out the noisy image component without destroying the original image component. A BEMD-based adaptive Frost filter is introduced in this paper for despeckling of SAR images. The despeckling performances of our proposed filtering method are further analyzed by visual evaluation and also using performance parameters comparatively. Our reconstructed images show better performance quantitatively and qualitatively compared to other filters.

Internet of Things (IoT) will bring a paradigm shift in technology that will potentially change the behaviour of things in our daily lives. It has been shown by current technology like smart devices, are starting to adopt sensors to enhance the experience of the users. This research aims to improve the efficiency of the process of paying for outdoor parking and reduce the effort of paying manually at ticketing booth. This research will also discuss samples collected based on college students and working adults and their opinions of the system. It is to evaluate the technology exposure and knowledge of the user in order to be comfortable with using the system. This research will be contributing to the development of smart city by integrating IoT technology into parking system in order to improve the experience and future research is needed to enhance the security of the system.

The current world is in an era of the explosive growth in information and rapid renewal. This objective reality puts new demands on education reform. Educational systems and educational models must undergo major changes to meet the needs of creative talent. With the wide application of modern computer technology and network technology, the traditional education structure based on classrooms is constantly changing. In the traditional education process, it emphasizes directly instilling a large amount of knowledge to the students to obtain the quality of teaching. In the network environment, it focuses on cultivating students. Learning methods allow students to have independent knowledge acquisition and also update skills. Online teaching provides a broader and free platform and environment for students' learning. It not only provides rich and colorful teaching resources, but also broadens and breaks the time and space constraints of traditional teaching. The current main method of management of teaching resources is the component teaching resource library, which uses information technology to carry out unified maintenance and management of the teaching resources with increased benefits, and realizes rapid retrieval and convenient use of teaching resources. The numerical verifications are conducted in the final section of the research to verify the performance.
