Optimal solution for data collision avoidance in radio frequency identification networks

Abstract: When data collisions happen in radio frequency identification (RFID) networks, inaccurate tag's information or the communication between the RFID reader and the RFID tag occur. Although recent technological advances have improved the inquiry capacity performance of RFID readers, the performance of RFID networks can still be affected by collisions. We propose a novel solution that helps select RFID readers which have the appropriate interrogation range to enable the highest number of tags to be read without col… Show more

“…PDTGVs can obtain smooth regions and discontinuities at the object boundaries. PDTGVs remove the staircasing artifacts produced by the TV (Ahmed et al, 2012;Balamurugan et al, 2019;Nguyen et al, 2018). Based on TV algorithms, bring staircasing artifacts in which that are absent when working with PDTGV exponential model.…”

“…According to [6] study, one of the factors that influence consumer's acceptance to smart meter is greatly increased when consumers are educated with environmental awareness and electricity-saving knowledge. Another recent IoT technology RFID tag [22,23] linked with E-wallet account is also utilized for paying e-toll on toll plaza where the sensor can pick up signal from the RFID tag placed on windscreen or headlamp of the vehicle [7]. From the study by [7], it is discovered that RFID usage on tolling and parking is preferred by users as high as 93% and 91% compared to RFID usage on electronic road parking where only 45% of users show willingness.…”

“…Software engineers can use these components to create large-scale, application programs. 18 Restricted by resources, the self-study method based on library borrowing reference books is difficult to meet the needs of the today's students. Self-studying is a way of learning where students conduct their independent research outside the classroom but without guidance.…”
