This research aims to redesign the surveillance and scale
processes of an international bulk company, with the aim
of streamlining and improving them. The DMAIC
Methodology was systematically applied at each stage
from a structured approach that improved and optimized
existing internal processes, clearly establishing the
problem and objectives of the redesign to subsequently
collect and analyze necessary information, establishing
key measurement metrics that evaluated the success of the
redesign. Once the causes and areas for improvement were
identified, solutions were developed and changes were
implemented in the structure of the processes. The results
obtained were the redesign of the company's internal
surveillance and scale processes with optimized times of
44 and 77 minutes respectively, obtaining a difference of
25 to 33 minutes, allowing the company to carry out a total
of 900 loads per month in 28 minutes. per unit load.
