Optimization of amine functionalization of MCM-41 for its covalent decoration in nanofiltration membranes for purification of saline- and micropollutant-contaminated feeds

Abstract: This work presents the novel triamine-functionalized MCM-41 material and its utilization for the fabrication of nanofiltration membranes via crosslinking to the polyamide active layer for desalination and micropollutant removal.
