Abstract:The present study investigated the optimum levels of ambient temperature, salinity and light intensity for the growth of marine diatoms and microalgae. The growth of marine diatoms Thalassiosira subtilis, Entomoneis paludosa and microalgae Isochrysis galbana were optimized.
