Optimization of enzyme treatment conditions for extraction of dietary fiber from Opuntia humifusa stem

Abstract: This study aimed to optimize the hydrolysis conditions required for extraction of dietary fiber from Opuntia humifusa stem using Viscozyme ® (MilliporeSigma, St. Louis, MO, USA) with response surface methodology (RSM).
