Optimization of material removal rate and surface roughness during electric discharge machining of ultra‐fine grained Al6082 using Taguchi technique

Abstract: In the current work, the statistical analysis of various electric discharge machining parameters on Al6082 ultra‐fine grained aluminium alloy using Taguchi method has been presented. Repetitive corrugation and straightening (RCS) method was employed to obtain ultra‐fine grained aluminium alloy.
