Abstract:One of the most applied procedures for the determination of trace analytes in complex matrices is QuEChERS (an acronym for Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged, and Safe). QuEChERS procedures include an extraction step followed by a dispersive solid-phase extraction (dSPE) for analytes cleaning-up from the matrix components.
