Abstract:To optimize the extraction process and activity detection of total polyphenols from Toona sinensis. A Box–Behnken design of response surface methodology was employed to further optimize ultrasonic-assisted extraction (UAE) conditions for T. sinensis stems total polyphenols (TSTP).
