Abstract:This study aimed to enhance the ultrasonic-assisted extraction (UAE) yield of seawater Arthrospira platensis polysaccharides (APPs) and investigate its structural characteristics and bioactivities. The optimization of UAE achieved a maximum crude polysaccharides yield of 14.78%.
