Abstract: Recently, the extensive spread of some algae along coastlines has surged into unmanageable thick decomposition layers. This study aimed to demonstrate the use of Sargassum horneri as a biomass resource for ethanol production through the continuous hydrolysis, enzymatic saccharification, and fermentation process.
