Optimized design of hydraulic silicone pad for OCA lamination of bended cover window in OLED display

Abstract: In this study, we report the results of a new experiment using a hydraulically enabled silicone pad for OCA bonding in a cover window with three edges bent with 3R curvature. The silicone pad was designed using computer simulation to set eight important parameters in the cross-section of the pad and to optimize the shape according to the change in the curvature and length of the parameters.
