This article aims to analyze the increase in income through digital marketing and entrepreneurial orientation consisting of innovation, proactiveness, and risk-taking for batik business actors in Banyuwangi Regency. Sampling was done using the purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 30 respondents as samples. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as the analytical method in this article. The results are that the digital marketing, innovation, proactive, and risk-taking variables positively affect the income variable. Digital marketing, innovation, proactive, and risk-taking variables can affect income variables. This shows that the increase in the income of batik business actors in Banyuwangi Regency can be influenced by digital marketing and entrepreneurial orientation, which consists of innovation, proactiveness, and risk-taking.

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital and executive compensation on financial performance in Basic Materials Sector Companies listed on the IDX based on financial statement data for 201 8-2021. The data was tested using the panel data regression method. The population used is Basic Materials Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2018-2021. This study used purposive sampling method and obtained 35 companies during 4 years of observation. The results of this study show that intellectual capital as measured by VAIC has a positive and significant effect on financial performance and partial executive compensation also affects financial performance. Companies in the basic materials sector are expected to provide internal evaluations to maximize the management of intellectual capital owned and the efficiency of using company assets to improve financial performance in order to be able to foster competition in companies in the basic materials sector. Issuers should also take into account the level of executive compensation for key management in order to advance the financial performance of an issuer by (agent).

Business performance describes the ability of the manager of the company to perform. In micro, small, and medium companies, the owners usually act as the managers. Ideally, this performance has to be improved. Moreover, to accommodate this intention, this study investigates the related factors, like entrepreneurial orientation (EO), product innovation (PI), and co-creation value (CCV). Hence, this study aims to investigate two effects. The first is the impact of EO and CCV on PI. The second is the influence of CCV and PI on business performance. Therefore, a quantitative design is employed to examine the hypothesis by referring to this circumstance. As samples, this study uses a purposive sampling method to select 60 owners of the creative culinary industry in West Java. Additionally, this study uses a survey to collect the data, and the variance-based structural equation model to analyze the data. After processing the data, the hypotheses are tested and discussed, this research demonstrates the positive effect of EO and CCV on PI. Furthermore, a positive relationship is found between CCV and PI, and business performance. As a practical implication, entrepreneurial orientation, product innovation, and co-creation value are essential qualities for business owners to improve business performance.
