Optimum Post-Discharge Care of Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) Survivors

Abstract: Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a serious problem, affecting multiple organs, and is associated with a high mortality. The severe consequences of AKI extend beyond hospital discharge to the outpatient setting.
