Abstract: In the area of photovoltaics, monocrystalline silicon solar cells are ubiquitously utilized in buildings, commercial, defense, residential, space, and transportation applications throughout the world. Their performance is impeded by the heating of the cells during their interaction with the incident solar radiation.
