Abstract:Lipomas are uncommon oral tumours that make up between 1 and 4 percent of benign oral tumours. It often presents as an asymptomatic, soft, smooth-surfaced, nodular, yellowish mass, and most commonly affects the buccal mucosa, tongue, and floor of the mouth.
