With the pollution of the environment and the acceleration of the social rhythm, the prevalence of tumors has increased year by year, and tumors have brought huge pain and inconvenience to patients. However, traditional nursing work consumes a lot of manpower and material resources, but it is difficult to improve the happiness of cancer patients, and it also brings a lot of troubles to many nursing workers. Based on the above reasons, we reengineered the traditional nursing process based on the BPR theory and applied the new process to the analysis of the management effect of cancer patients after oral chemotherapy drugs. The data shows that there are 23 patients with no pressure ulcer risk (score greater than 19) before care, 27 patients with low risk (15–19 points), 32 patients with moderate risk (13–14 points), and 18 people at high risk (less than 12 points). After nursing, there were 82 patients with no pressure ulcer risk, 10 patients with low risk, 7 patients with moderate risk, and 1 patient with high risk. This shows that the risk of pressure ulcers in patients with cancer after the use of chemotherapy drugs is significantly reduced compared with those without nursing. Nursing intervention can improve the psychological state of cancer patients during the recovery period, and nursing intervention can promote the compliance of cancer patients in various aspects of rehabilitation.

Epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) constitutes 90% of ovarian cancers (OC) and is the eighth most common cause of cancer-related death in women. The cancer histologically and genetically is very complex having a high degree of tumour heterogeneity. The pathogenic variability in OC causes significant impediments in effectively treating patients, resulting in a dismal prognosis. Disease progression is predominantly influenced by the peritoneal tumour microenvironment rather than properties of the tumor and is the major contributor to prognosis. Standard treatment of OC patients consists of debulking surgery, followed by chemotherapy, which in most cases end in recurrent chemoresistant disease. This review discusses the different origins of high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC), the major sub-type of EOC. Tumour heterogeneity, genetic/epigenetic changes, and cancer stem cells (CSC) in facilitating HGSOC progression and their contribution in the circumvention of therapy treatments are included. Several new treatment strategies are discussed including our preliminary proof of concept study describing the role of mitochondria-associated granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor signaling protein (Magmas) in HGSOC and its unique potential role in chemotherapy-resistant disease. of 35have been observed in OC patients but not in patients with benign and borderline tumours, and this hypomethylation correlates with advanced-stage disease and poor prognosis [48,49]. A genome-wide methylation profiling of blood cells from healthy controls and age-matched untreated OC patients identified CpG methylation of 2714 cancer-related genes, of which 56% were hypomethylated [50]. Ovarian Cancer Stem CellsCellular heterogeneity associated with genetic and epigenetic changes in tumours are linked with the initiation and expansion of CSCs, a population of cells within the tumour, which initiate tumour growth through self-renewal and differentiation processes [51,52]. These cells are more adaptive to the changing tumour microenvironment and tend to be more resistant to treatment. CSCs are highly plastic and a few numbers of isolated CSCs have been shown to be responsible for tumorgenesis and are more chemotherapy and radiation resistant due to their dormant state and a high expression of drug efflux pumps [53,54]. As a result, CSCs are able to adapt to different tumour microenvironments and survive due to their efficient DNA repair mechanisms and their capacity to evade host immune surveillance [55][56][57]. These inherent properties of CSCs suggest an active role in tumour relapse and emphasize the need to develop effective targeted therapies to improve clinical outcomes in patients [51][52][53][54][55][56][57].Stem cells have been identified in ovaries and fallopian tubes [58,59]. Our previous study revealed that Shuanghuang Shengbai granule could cure the myelosuppression induced by cyclophosphamide (CTX) in lung cancer. However, its hematopoietic effects and molecular mechanisms remain not fully understood. Therefore, this study was intended to investigate the effects and the underlying mechanisms of Astragaloside IV (AS) and saponins of rhizoma polygonati (SRP), the two main bioactive ingredients of Shuanghuang Shengbai granule, on CTX-induced myelosuppression. CTX inhibited the proliferation and promoted apoptosis in bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells (BMHSCs), accompanied by the increased expression of miR-142-3p. AS and/or SRP treatment could alleviate CTX-induced cell injury and suppress the expression of miR-142-3p. Over-expression of miR-142-3p partially reversed the therapeutic effect of AS and/or SRP on CTX-induced cell injury in BMHSCs. Further mechanism exploration discovered that HMGB1 was the target gene of miR-142-3p, and miR-142-3p negatively regulated the expression of HMGB1. To further explore the function of AS and/or SRP in vivo, we constructed a lung cancer xenograft combined with CTX-induced myelosuppression mouse model, and we found that AS and SRP remarkably reversed the CTX-induced reduction of white blood cells, bone marrow nucleated cells, and thymus index in vivo and did not affect the chemotherapy effect of lung cancer. Collectively, our results strongly suggested that AS and SRP could improve the hematopoietic function of myelosuppressed lung cancer mice, and their effects may be related to the inhibition of miR-142-3p expression in BMHSCs.
