Oral mini-pulse steroid therapy in severe chronic urticaria

Abstract: Background: Treatment of chronic urticaria can be difficult at times. The present study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of oral mini-pulse (OMP) therapy with methylprednisolone in management of severe chronic urticaria (CU).
