Abstract:Oral Mucosal Melanoma is a very aggressive disease that requires early detection by biopsy suspicious lesions, characteristics and surgical treatment resection with wide margins, cervical lymph node dissection and adjuvant therapies aimed at eradicating systemically neoplastic cells.
