Abstract:In oral cavity Pregnancy tumour is an exophytic tissue. It occurs after three months of pregnancy because of vascular effects of hormones during pregnancy. Clinically it appears as sessile or pedunculated exophytic mass, having bleeding tendency. It occurs in response to numerous factors like traumatic injury, low grade irritation, or hormonal changes.
