Orally administered epeleuton inhibits SARS-CoV-2 viral load, replication and pathology in the Syrian Hamster model

Abstract: Early treatment of patients with confirmed COVID-19 presenting mild symptoms can reduce the number that progress to more severe disease and require hospitalization.
