Orbital-angular-momentum beams-based Fizeau interferometer using the advanced azimuthal-phase-demodulation method

Abstract: A stably acquiring and accurately demodulating interferogram is crucial for the interferometer to achieve ultra-high precision and sensitivity measurements.
