Abstract

To elucidate whether ORF128 protein is an important protein of ORFV escaping from host immune response by analyzing the mechanism of orf virus ORF128 protein in NF-k B signaling pathway. It is important to understand the pathogenesis of ORFV and the relationship between antiviral and antiviral inhibition of host and virus, which lay a theoretical foundation for the development of new antiviral drugs and vaccines for ORFV.
