Organic Compound/Metal Oxide Hybrid Thin Film Prepared by the Liquid Phase Deposition Method

Abstract: Organic compound/metal oxide composite thin films have been prepared by the liquid-phase deposition method in one-step deposition technique. Organic dyes were added to the metal fluoro-complexes aqueous solution in order to entrap these dyes within the growing thin films of metal oxides, yielding organic dye/metal oxide hybrid materials.
