Organisational barriers to and facilitators for female surgeons’ career progression: a systematic review

Abstract: Objective To identify organizational barriers to and facilitators for female surgeons' career progression. Design Systematic review of qualitative and quantitative studies relating to organizational barriers to and facilitators for female Surgeons' career progression.
