Organisational silence and person-organisation fit: A study on classroom teachers

Abstract: Examining the relationship between classroom teachers’ organisational silence and person-organisation fit levels is the main purpose of this study. In addition, organisational silence and person-organisation fit levels of classroom teachers were determined and examined whether they differ according to seniority and gender.
