Organised haematoma of the maxillary sinus in patients with chronic renal failure

Abstract: A diagnosis of organised haematoma of the maxillary sinus should be considered when a patient with a history of chronic renal failure develops unilateral, recurrent epistaxis and nasal obstruction.
