Organization of a Unified State Housing and Demographic Policy as a Condition for Sustainable Development of Cities and Settlements

Abstract: The relevance of the study is due to the alarming rates of disproportionate development of housing construction and demographic growth in Russia and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The non-harmonious development of the two systems leads to formation of regions with a demographic failure and to the restriction of access to decent and cheap housing.
