Organizational and legal approaches in fighting organized crime

Abstract: The purpose of the article is to identify the factors affecting organized crime and to define aspects of tackling it. The methods of statistical analysis, factor analysis, hypothetical-deductive method, correlation method, generalization method and analogue method were used.
