Organizational Citizenship Behaviors and Counterproductive Work Behaviors: A Study of Tehran University of Medical Sciences Staff

Abstract: Introduction:Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is associated with major factors such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment and productivity.
