Organizational Commitment in the Companies of Aviation Industry: The Attitude of Managerial and Non-Managerial Employees

Abstract: The article discusses the challenges and factors influencing organizational commitment which has influence on the staff turnover in aviation organizations. The studies reveal that organizational commitment plays a huge role in a relationship between an individual and organization.
