Organizational Downsizing for Tourism Businesses

Abstract: Businesses merge with other businesses, acquire other businesses, and restructuring using various methods to reduce costs. One of these methods is downsizing. Many businesses that try to survive, especially in times of crisis, need organizational downsizing strategies.
