Organoselenium compounds as antioxidants

Abstract: Reactive oxygen species (ROS) are responsible for many of civilization's diseases, including cancer, diabetes, and Alzheimer's disease, decomposition of products in the food industry, and deterioration of physicochemical properties of polymers and nanomaterials.
