Örgütsel Yapı, Örgütsel Hafıza ve Örgütsel Değişim İlişkisinin İncelenmesi

Abstract: Bu araştırmanın temel amacı; örgütlerin engelleyici bürokrasi veya kolaylaştırıcı bürokrasi özelliği gösterme düzeylerinin örgütsel hafıza ve örgütsel değişim ile olan ilişkisini, ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanarak saptamaktır. Araştırmanın evreni 2019-2020 eğitim öğretim yılında Elazığ ilinde ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan öğretmenlerden meydana gelmektedir.
