Oro-facial Cleft in Nasomaxillo-acrodysostosis (Binder): Orthopaeddontics and Surgery

Abstract: Nasomaxillo-acrodysostosis or Binder’s syndrome in a patient with a cleft lip and palate anomaly is infrequent. This case report underscores a unique surgical outcome achieved through an integrated orthopaeddontic and maxillofacial surgical approach within a multidisciplinary team.
